Should you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, supplying a photograph of the issue if possible. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or partial/full refund.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, fresh flowers. All arrangements are created with care and delivered in optimal condition. Upon receipt, it is recommended that flowers are trimmed and placed in fresh water as soon as possible. Instructions for care may be provided with your order.
